Drink Philly Red Bull Flugtag Team Launch Party: Victory Tap Takeover at Standard Tap, Sept. 12

The day of reckoning is drawing closer! Come be a part of history and see us off on our way to Flugtag glory.

On September 15, the Drink Philly team will launch the world’s first and only HINDENFIRKIN of a platform over the Delaware River as part of the Red Bull Flugtag competition. In order to get our spirits up for this amazing feat, we’re throwing a Flugtag team launch party on Wednesday, September 12 at Standard Tap.

Come to the Northern Liberties pub from 5–10 PM to meet Team Drink Philly while drinking fantastic Victory Brewing beer. Victory will be taking over the taps, bringing no less than 11 different brews, including a special firkin of Hop Devil (tapped at 6 PM) and a cask of Uncle Teddy’s Bitter Ale. Our team member Greg Lehman, Victory Brewing Co. sales rep, will be on hand to chat about all the beer. Plus, you’ll get a chance to sign the HINDENFIRKIN and get your picture taken with the rare and amazing craft. At 7 PM, Standard Tap owner William Reed will reprise his Philly Beer Week role as the Beer Pope and will christen the HINDENFIRKIN with a bottle of Victory beer.
