Any way you carve it, fall means pumpkins. Over at 1 Tippling Place, Myles Carroll’s Pumpkin Flip is essentially an alcoholic Pumpkin Spice Latte (this is a very good thing). Using fall versions of traditional flip ingredients--pumpkin spice-infused rum, pumpkin ale, simple syrup--then adding the more evolutionary ones--heavy cream, eggs--it makes the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, er, after dinner drink.
