For Square 1682’s Hollywood Long, Chauncey Scates wakes up mellow reposado with Chinese five spice and the brightness of chartreuse, grapefruit, and lemon. We have to give this girl credit for serving a proper long drink, especially one with an emphasis on citrus to help cut through the heaviness of this season’s comfort food.
