Barrel aging can imbue beers with otherwise unattainable flavors and complexity, and this Thursday is your chance to sip on several. Perch Pub is hosting a roster of barrel-aged brews from Danville, PA’s Old Forge Brewing Company, and all of them will be tapped in time for happy hour (5–7 PM), which means you’ll be able to score glasses for half price.

Bourbon is the theme of this Night of the Barrel, as the whiskey casks were used to age Bellow’s Brown Ale, Eleven Black IPA and Belgian Quad. Darren from Old Forge will be on hand to chat about the beers and give away some free glassware. The event will run through 8 PM on March 28, and you can RSVP here.
