If you love barrel-aged beers or are just a huge fan of Ballast Point, mark down August 6 on your calendar. Starting at 7 PM on that Tuesday, Bainbridge Street Barrel House in Queen Village will host a tap takeover and special bottle lineup featuring beers of San Diego’s Ballast Point Brewing.
On the taps will be five different Ballast Point brews: Sea Monster (a stout), Pesca Pils, Chipotle Black Marlin (a spicy take on the porter), Brother Levonian (saison) and, on the nitro tap, the double IPA called Dorado. In addition, look for the following beers throughout the night:
Barrel Aged Three Sheets Barleywine
Barrel Aged Indra Kunindra
Bourbon Barrel Piper Down
Bourbon Barrel Navigator
