Bar-Ly Brings Craft Beer to Chinatown With 60 Taps
You might think of Chinatown as your go-to spot for dim sum brunch, post-bar late-night eats, or even fancy cocktails behind gated doors, but there’s never really been a reason to head over for a pint or a platter of wings during the game. That’s all changed now that Bar-Ly has opened its doors at 101 North 11th Street (just north of Arch).
With 60 beer taps, the new pub ties for most lines in the city. Beer comes from all over — local favorites, Belgian imports, California cult-faves and more. A slate of beer cocktails makes for even more options, and there’s a full bar with plenty of spirits and mixed drink combinations for the non-brew times.
To go along with the sips, there’s a wide selection of food, from Asian fare like dumplings and noodles to American standards like burgers and wings. Several TVs show all the sports games you could want to watch while noshing and drinking.
Happy hour runs from 3:30–6:30 PM every single day, and also from 10 PM–midnight on Sunday–Thursday. Specials include $3 drafts, $3.50 bottles, $3.50 wines, $3.50 sakes, $4 martinis, $4.25 cocktails and $5 flights. Food deals are good, too, such as the $1.25 skewers or steamers of the day, $3 snacks like edamame and banh mi and $3.50 bites like dumplings, calamari and crab ravioli. Head over to check out Chinatown’s newest hang.
