Nearly a year and half since breaking ground, Victory Brewing Company founders Bill Covaleski and Ron Barchet are in the home stretch of building out their new 140,000-square-foot state-of-the-art brewery in Parkesburg, Chester County.
Utilities are hooked up, the mill is fully functional, and the brewhouse has been completely checked out, tested and deemed ready for beer-making. As we type this, brewers are busy brewing up at least two batches of beer as a trial run for the plant’s yeast and fermentation operations.
Though it appears that all systems are a go, a bottling line isn’t expected to arrive until mid-December, at which point Victory will likely be ready to throw the switch and go fully operational.
Last week we were part of a small group that toured the forthcoming facility. Click through to check out our photos, and learn more about what’s on the horizon at Victory’s new location.
