Kite & Key Celebrates Ben Franklin's Birthday with Evolution Craft Brewing
Without Founding Father Benjamin Franklin's early experiments in lightning and electricity, popular Franklintown tavern Kite & Key wouldn't have its iconic name. Needless to say, the bar's owners and staff are stoked about celebrating Big Ben's 308th birthday on Friday, January 17.
To help them commemorate "The First American's" birth, they are welcoming Tom Knorr from Maryland's Evolution Craft Brewing. In addition to beers from the visiting brewery, Kite & Key will be giving away an assortment of prizes, including Flyers tickets. The fun starts at 5 PM.
