Annual Bierfest Returns to German Society of Pennsylvania, Sat., Feb. 22
Back for a third year is Bierfest at the German Society of Pennsylvania. This year it is hosted by the Philadelphia Roller Girls and benefits the Brewers of PA and the German Society of PA.
Dozens of breweries from across Pennsylvania will pour German-inspired brews including Victroy, Yuengling, Sly Fox, Lancaster, Free Will, Neshaminy Creek, Yards, Barren Hill, and Susquehanna. Importers of classic German beers will also be on hand to showcase German lagers and ales from small premium houses, like Kloster Andechs and Ayinger to larger regional brewers like Warsteiner and Hofbrau.
If you're looking to learn more about German beers there will also be a Learning Lounge for interactive insights into beer history, beer ingredients, and the family tree of German beer styles.
Ticket packages include VIP (early access, VIP seminar, and main event), general admission, or beer-less admission, and can be purchased here.
