While Petruce et al., the highly anticipated debut from brothers and co-executive chefs Jonathan and Justice Petruce, is still a few weeks away from opening, you can get a taste of what’s to come when the forthcoming restaurant’s beverage director George Costa comes to Lemon Hill on Tues., Feb. 11 for a pop-up preview.

Throughout the course of the evening, Costa, who’s built a solid following of loyal drinkers from his years of service behind bars at Southwark and Pub & Kitchen among others, will mix, shake and pour some of the seasonally-inspired libations that will be featured on Petruce et al.’s cocktail list when it opens. The fun gets underway at 9 PM.
