The next Brew & Chew will be Wednesday, March 12, at Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse. The beer this time around will be from Southern Tier Brewing Company from Lakewood, NY. Southern Tier has been brewing since late 2002 and has recently undergone extensive expansion to keep up with demand for their great beers. The fun gets underway at 7 PM when you’ll have the choice of four different beers, each paired with a special appetizer. Check back for more information about what beer Southern Tier will be bringing along.

For two hours, you’ll be able to sample each and every beer and enjoy a sweet or savory app that goes with it. Tickets are just $25 which includes access to the open beer bar, plus the four specially created apps. Chase off the last dregs of winter with good food and good beer. See ya there!
