Join the good folks at Cantina Dos Segundos on Thursday, April 24 when they welcome David Suro-Pinera, owner of Tequila’s Restaurant and Siembra Azul Tequilas for a special fundraiser benefiting the Tequila Interchange Project (TIP), a nonprofit that provides advocacy for Mexico’s agave distilled spirits industry.

Suro-Pinera, one of this country’s leading experts on tequila, mezcal and other agave distilled spirits, is the president of TIP, which works with growers and producers in Mexico as well as researchers, educators, bartenders and enthusiasts all over the world to help preserve the traditional, sustainable and quality practices employed in crafting these noble spirits.

The evening will include ample opportunities to sample and discuss tequila and mezcal, and learn firsthand about the organization and the important work it conducts for the industry. The fundraiser goes from 6 - 8 PM.
