Chefs Matt Hiebsch and Stephen Wilson at 10 Arts chose National Tequila Day, coming up on Thursday, July 24, as the launch date for their new bi-weekly seasonal tasting series.

For each dinner, the chefs will riff on a different theme or inspiration for five plates that will be paired with five drinks, all for $75. For the kickoff, they’re running with a tequila theme.

Each dinner in the series is open only to 10 guests, who will be seated with two hosts at the restaurant’s communal table. With the food and drink pairings, guests will enjoy lively conversation while a giant screen shows a live video feed from the kitchen.

Themes and menus will change with each installment, but a few things will remain consistent:

• only a general theme or inspiration will be announced in advance
• the table is limited to 10 guests, plus hosts
• there will always be five courses (including a dessert by pastry chef Stephen Wilson)
• each course will be paired with a wine, cocktail, beer or aperitif
• dinner will begin promptly at 7:30 PM
• the price is set at $75 per person (which does not include tax or gratuity)
