Last week pig-out palace Jake’s Sandwich Board shut down for renovations. Those upgrades, including a refreshed look with modern and industrial elements, new decor and furnishings and an open floor plan, were completed ahead of schedule, and Jake’s resumed service over weekend.

But that won’t stop the popular Midtown Village sandwich spot from hosting its re-opening festivities on Tuesday, August 12. Throughout the day, Jake’s will offer its sandwiches for just $3 a piece. And with each sandwich ordered, they’re offering a complimentary Sly Fox Route 113 IPA, a Pennsylvania-brewed IPA.

But the looks aren’t all that’s new at Jake’s. With that makeover comes new evening menu options like Pig Roast, Brisket Roast and Turkey Roast, all ideal for groups from two to 10 will be available exclusively from 5 PM until 10 PM daily. And with those new menu items, Jake’s is inviting guests to bring their own booze for the first time. Every night from 5 PM on, the sandwich shop will slip into a cool, laid-back BYOB vibe.
