Kick Out the Clams, Mothershuckers: Allagash Clam Fest Comes to SPTR, Wed., Sept. 10
Join South Philadelphia Tap Room on Wednesday, September 10 when it hosts Allagash Brewing Company founder Rob Tod for Clam Fest, an evening that will pair some of the Maine brewery’s best beers with Chef Scott Schroeder's clever clam preparations.
The fun kicks off at 5 PM, when the kitchen starts kicking out some serious clams. The menu features everything from raw, steamed and grilled clams to pork and steamers and fried clam rolls.
Special Allagash brews that will be on tap include Confluence, Victor and Victoria, Fluxus, Golden Brett and the super rare Evora.
Tod is expected to roll in at 7:30 PM to talk about Allagash and the evening's featured beers while mingling with guests.
Everything is pay as you go.
