Pennsylvania Convention Center Welcomes The Big Philly Beerfest, Jan 9 & 10

Pennsylvania Convention Center Welcomes The Big Philly Beerfest, Jan 9 & 10

Get ready for one of the biggest beer festivals Philadelphia has ever seen. On Friday, January 9 and Saturday, January 10, the Pennsylvania Convention Center will overflow with amazing craft beers from over 100 breweries from around the corner and around the globe.

The Big Philly Beerfest, presented by Blue Moon Brewing Company, will feature music, food, souvenirs, and more than 300 brews for your sampling pleasure. Look for breweries like local favorites Dock Street, Victory and Yards, as well as renown breweries from across the country like The Bruery, Firestone Walker, Cigar City and many more. Check out bigphillybeerfest.com for the most up-to-date brewery list, as well as a list of beers each brewery will be bringing along. Keep an eye out for announcements about kegs of one-off brews and other specialties as the event gets closer.

This fest isn’t just about beer, though. It’s also about having a great time with a few thousand of your closest, beer-loving friends. Local restaurants and food trucks will be dishing up delicious eats to keep you in the game, and karaoke and a silent disco will keep you rocking all night long.

Tickets for both Friday and Saturday are available online now. The event runs from 7:30–11 PM both nights, with early admission (6:30 PM) tickets available as well. On Saturday night, Connoisseurs Level tickets are available, which allow guests access to the Connoisseur Reception Area overlooking the convention hall. Here, you can enjoy special appetizers prepared by local restaurants paired with rare and exclusive Connoisseur Level beers, as well as early admission to the main festival. These tickets are only $75 and are also only available until Wednesday, January 7. Proceeds from the Big Philly Beerfest will benefit Animal Rescue Partners, as well as other local pet rescue groups.
