Stratus Rooftop Lounge Introduces New All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Sunday Brunch With Drinks

We’re all familiar with the standard brunch fare -- a couple of egg dishes, pancakes, french toast, maybe a burger topped with an egg, and so forth. Stratus Rooftop Lounge is changing the face of brunch with the new Elevated Brunch with a Twist. This interactive dim sum-style brunch will leave you wondering why you ever brunched any other way.

Stratus’ Elevated Brunch features unique food and drink stations that will make for a true Sunday Funday. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres like Crispy Fish Tacos, Banh Mi Pork Sandwiches and Shrimp Ceviche, and follow those with a trip to the Sushi or Flatbread Stations. There is even a Popcorn Station with Truffle and Chicken Curry Popcorn available. End your brunch experience with a trip to the Dessert Station which features White Chocolate Ginger or Peanut Butter Mousse, S’Mores and Chocolate Pudding.

And what brunch would be complete without a cocktail or two? The signature Stratus cocktail carts are put to good use during brunch. Sip from the Bloody Mary Station, Mimosa/Bellini Cart, Margarita/Daiquiri Station or venture outside of the traditional brunch beverages with the Weekly Signature Cocktail Cart.

Elevated Brunch is available from 1–5 PM on Sundays for $50 per person. This includes the all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch and two drink tickets. To make reservations, call 215-925-2889.

Click through the photos to see what deliciousness awaits you at Elevated Brunch with a Twist.
