Noshhh Launches New After Hours Series of Events and Workshops

Noshhh, the local craft food and drink vendor showcase that is the best kept secret that everyone knows about, has recently announced the new Noshhh: After Hours Series. The After Hours events will feature workshops with local Philadelphia business owners on Tuesday nights from 7–9 PM. The series kicks off this month with beer workshops, cocktail workshops, dessert workshops, and more.

The first of the workshops is on Tuesday, March 8, and is a Little Boots Brew Day and Bottle Share to celebrate International Women’s Day. Home Brewed Events owner Meredith Rebar will guide guests through the history of gose, special ingredients, and the brewing process while making the collaborative brewing, Pink Boots Gose. A sour beer bottle share will take place after the brew. More info and tickets are available here.

The next After Hours event on March 15 marks one month before the next Noshhh: Local Craft Food and Drink Vendor Showcase, so the Noshhh crew is hosting an open house at the The Living Room Cafe. This event is free and is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the Noshhh events and the people making it all possible.

If you like a good cocktail and love beer, you might want to check out the March 22 event at Chhaya. Mike Nimmo of Stateside and Home Brewed Events is leading a Classic Beer Cocktails class where guests will learn to incorporate beer into three classic cocktails. Not only will guests learn the history of each cocktail but they will also learn why beer makes a great addition to each drink. Tickets for this event are available here.

The final Noshhh: After Hours Series event for the month falls on March 29. Join Michelle Silberman from ChocAmo Cookie Cups at The Living Room Cafe for a special class revolving around the unique and delicious Cookie Cup. Enjoy an evening of adult milk and cookies and learn how to make your own cereal infused milk with a kick. Tickets are available here.

Stay tuned for more information about the next Noshh: Local Craft Food and Drink Vendor Showcase happening on Friday, April 15, and more news about the next batch of Noshhh: After Hours Series events.
