What better way to kick off Philly Beer Week's first weekend than with a beer fest? Get your butt to the International Great Beer Expo at the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia on Saturday, June 4.

This international beer tasting event will feature an incredible variety of beers from some of the finest U.S. and international breweries while raising money for the Committee To Benefit The Children, a local Philly charity that provides resources for the treatment and care of children with cancer, leukemia and serious blood disorders. Numerous different countries will be represented by over 60 breweries and over 125 different beers.

Food trucks will be on site with plenty of delicious treats to get your through. Look for Hai Street Kitchen, Baby Blues BBQ, Wahlburgers, Kono Pizza, and more!

If you spring for the VIP tickets, you’ll get in an hour earlier than general admission ticket holders, and enjoy a special session of chatting one-on-one with brewers. You’ll also get a chance to taste special beers reserved exclusively for the VIP session.

Tickets are available here for both the VIP and the GA sessions. The VIP session runs from 12:30-5 PM, with the GA session starting at 1:30 PM.
