Every Saturday and Sunday through the month of September, Fork will host a Champagne & Oyster brunch from 12PM - 4 PM complete with live jazz.
Fork’s classic brunch menu will return in time for Labor Day, but in the meantime, they’re going for a more relaxed vibe with casual dishes like freshly shucked oysters, crudités, burgers, and pastry boards. The live jazz will be performed between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM and is spearheaded by Fork’s own bartender
Jefferson Oatts, an accomplished jazz musician (and the leader of the
Jefferson Oatts Quintet) who helps to hand-select each week’s performers. Oatts worked with one of Fork’s other bartenders,
Harry Jamison (who is also an accomplished musician with a Master of Music in piano performance from Temple University) to create jazz-inspired cocktails.
If drinking a glass of champagne, enjoying a plate of oysters, and listening to excellent live jazz on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon sounds pretty great to you, then head to Fork this summer before this experience ends with the season.
