Passyunk Avenue’s Garage is expanding its reach to northern Philly, with a second location in Fishtown at Frankford & Girard.

While the new space in Fishtown will retain much of Garage’s original vintage charm — including vintage signs, a motorcycle hanging from the ceiling, half a car, and a giant silver monkey — it is also a much larger version of the South Philly original, complete with a 97-foot bar.

The beer list, of course, will be varied and long, in keeping with Garage’s tradition, alongside a small cocktail list and, of course, picklebacks.

Enjoy views of Frankford Avenue through the space’s three large windows, play Skeeball, shoot pool, or watch one of their nine flat-screen TVs.

The biggest difference between Garage North and Garage South is that the former will feature an open kitchen, in addition to food trucks that will be parked outside of the bar. The kitchen will feature a rotating roster of local chefs, so be sure to check the calendar on their website to see who’s cooking when.

Garage North will be open from 5 PM - 2 AM from Monday through Friday and from 11 AM - 2 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
