The 82nd NFL Draft Experience is coming to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29, and the NFL is pulling out all of the stops with tons of entertainment for fans, including a 100-yard zip line and photo ops with the Vince Lombardi Trophy. With 200,000 expected draft attendees, you may want to escape the action on the parkway and head to one of Philly’s great local bars, so we’ve rounded up the best places to grab a drink and catch some of the action on TV while the 2017 draft is in town!
Hop off the Parkway and head down 18th Street to this modern, art-themed bar for some food and drink specials. Grab a draft beer and two hot dogs for $7, a draft and a burger for $10 or chips, or salsa and guacamole for $4. (1800 Market St.)
The Cambridge
Celebrate the Eagles' draft picks at this South Street bar. Whenever the Eagles are on the clock, bar guests can enjoy $4 pints of Yard’s Philly Pale Ale, St. Benjamin’s Wit or Witout, Dock St Rye IPA and half-priced sweet sesame or garlic hot wings.

Not a huge fan of the draft, but love a great dramatic TV series? Jet Wine Bar is hosting the perfect NFL Draft weekend event for you. Starting at 9 PM on the 27th, the South Street wine bar will be hosting a Friday Night Lights marathon through the weekend. For an upscale draft experience, Ocean Prime is offering a special “3 round” prix fixe dinner for $125 with an optional $50 Coravin wine pairing. Rounds include choices of Point Judith calamari, goat cheese ravioli, Tomahawk ribeye, and whole stuffed Maine Lobster with a final course choice of warm butter cake or chocolate peanut butter pie. Wine lovers rejoice! This Fishtown wine bar will be offering two special NFL Draft wine flights during draft week. The first is a “Fullback Wine Flight” with wines from Piedmont, Italy and the second an “Offensive Line Wine Flight” with wines from the Old World.
