After the Hammer of Glory relay earlier that day, Beer Week will officially begin with a ceremonial tapping of beers from over 40 breweries and endless samples for Opening Tap’s guests. This year, Opening Tap is introducing The Orchard, where cider lovers can sample a huge variety of ciders and talk directly to cider makers. This year will also see the debut of Gravity Never Fails, a collaboration porter brewed by 2SP Brewing in Aston, PA and Brouwerij De Ranke in Belgium. With all the beer and cider you can handle plus live entertainment on the Fillmore’s main stage, you won’t want to miss PBW’s inaugural event.
