From 12 PM - 7 PM on Friday, guests who stop by the store will be able to try Bluebird’s extensive line of spirits, including their Four Grain Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Juniperus Gin, Sugarcane Rum, and more — aside from complimentary tastings, you can also order a Tasting Flight, which will cost you $5 for three spirits and $8 for six spirits. If you decide to purchase a bottle of any one of them, you’ll be reimbursed for your flight as well.

 

 

Located just inside the 17th Street entrance of the stores in the former Brown Betty space, this is a landmark moment for Bluebird, which is available at Pennsylvania liquor stores but didn’t have its own brick and mortar space outside of their original Phoenixville distillery. “The retail location in Center City allows us to interact with, and expose our brand, to new consumers,” said Jared Adkins, Bluebird Distilling Founder and Master Distiller. “We hope the retail shop incites a permanent presence in Philadelphia.”
