They certainly have a lot to celebrate, as not only is the party celebrating 2 years of business, but it’s also the release day for Bluebird’s newest exciting product — their Single Malt. Made in honor of both Scottish and American whiskys, it’s mashed and distilled from a mix of caramelized and pale malts and then aged in new charred American oak barrels. “I wanted to create a spirit that combines the sweetness from New Charred Oak barrels used for American Whiskey with the flavorful and bold malts known to scotch,” said Jared Adkins, the Master Distiller and Founder of Bluebird Distilling. “By combing my favorite traits of each spirit, I was able to come up with something truly exceptional.”
