A Texas Brewery Has Combined Ramen With Beer For Their Latest Brew

College students, rejoice: a Texas brewery has made a beer using and inspired by ramen noodles, according to Tasting Table.
The Collective Brewing Project, which is based out of Texas, has just released the “Cup O’ Beer,” a sour Gose complete with a label resembling those of classic ramen cups. Made using a whopping 55 pounds of ramen noodles, it’s also flavored with “lime, ginger, lemongrass and seaweed-cured sea salt,” and is sure to pique many a beer drinker’s curiosity.
If you’re not in Texas, you’re out of luck — this brew is currently available at the brewery and at limited spots throughout the state — but if you’re visiting the Lone Star State or already live there, this inventive beer will run you just $7 a bottle, so grab one and get ready to feel like you’re back in your dorm room.
