The nation’s capital is bringing one of its best dining experiences to Philadelphia for one night only — on Monday, September 18, with seatings at 5 PM, 7 PM and 9 PM, Chef Johnny Spero of the famed Columbia Room will collaborate with Chefs Nick Elmi and Kyle McCormick at ITV.

Spero, who has won multiple awards throughout his career — including STARCHEF’s D.C. Rising Star award and Eater DC’s Chef of the Year award in 2014 — has been working in the industry since 16, bringing his talents to spots like Jose Andres’ Minibar (which earned a four-star review from the Washington Post) and Mugaritz (located in San Sebastian, Spain). He is now the executive chef at the Columbia Room, which won Best American Cocktail Bar at the Spirited Awards, as well as Reverie, his casual fine dining restaurant in Georgetown.
