Food from Chef Mark Brinton will include poutine fries ($12), bourbon buffalo wings ($8/$14), a BBQ pork sandwich ($9), a veggie burger ($10), Bavarian bratwurst ($9), and more. Guests will pay a $5 cover throughout the season, which includes complimentary hand warmers for the viewing deck.
If you want to celebrate the grand reopening, stop by on Wednesday, November 1 for the kickoff party featuring a live DJ and the release of Pennsylvania Tuxedo, a brand new session spruce-infused pale ale made with Dogfish Head.
