On Monday, May 7 from 6 PM - 9 PM at the Hotel Palomar, give back in style at Suits & Sazeracs: A Charitable Cocktail Competition, hosted by Henry A. Davidsen, Bluebird Distilling, and Square 1682 and benefitting Career Wardrobe.

This New Orleans inspired evening will feature live music, food from Square 1682, and unique Sazeracs crafted by 10 local Philadelphia bartenders, including Daniel Kulisek (Square 1682), Alison Hangen (Oloroso), Jesse Dureka (Library Bar), Christian Diaz (Red Owl Tavern), Lou DiNunzio (Rex 1516), George Reilly (The Twisted Tail), Kelly Derrig (Cook and Shaker), Jarrod Williams (Terrain Garden Café), Ryan Foster (Ranstead Room), and Kari Rosenfeld (Sassafras Bar). 

Brian Lipstein of Henry A. Davidsen, Philadelphia's leader in custom men's clothing, and Jared Adkins, master distiller of Bluebird Distilling, will be on hand to judge the competition, and though they will be rewarding the bartender who makes the best Sazerac, guests will also have an opportunity to vote in a People's Choice contest. At the end of the event, Henry A. Davidsen will present a check to Career Wardrobe, which will go towards helping men in need. If you happen to have a suit you would like to donate, you can also check out Henry A. Davidsen's annual suit drive, which accepts gently used suits, belts, ties, shoes, and more to help unemployed men find jobs. 

After the event, head to the afterparty at Square 1682, where all of the guests who attended Suits & Sazeracs will receive 20% off of their total bill. Tickets for the event, which are $55 per person and are available here, will be donated in part to Career Wardrobe as well, and guests are encouraged to dress in their New Orleans best.
