FDR Park
Philadelphia’s traveling beer garden has returned, and for the last week of May it will be at FDR Park in South Philly. Sip on local drafts like Saint Benjamin’s Parks Pale Ale and cocktails like mango margaritas along with sandwiches and snacks all weekend long. Back for its fourth season, visit this waterfront roller rink for skating, mini-golf, lawn games, arcades, and rides including a 60 foot Ferris wheel. Penn’s Landing
It’s going to be a party on the waterfront all weekend long as some magnificent tall ships dock on the Delaware. Revelers can choose a ship tour or even a cruise package that comes with entrance to a waterfront festival and the Independence Seaport Museum. This waterfront spot is a great spot to drink all summer long, but on Saturday evening, make sure you grab a colbeer, snag a prime spot and settle in for the free show - at 7:30 PM, the United States Air Force will perform an airshow, followed by fireworks at 9 PM.

Chaddsford Winery
The unofficial start to the summer means a weekend-long music festival at this Philadelphia suburban winery. Each day will feature a different band and food trucks will be on site to provide snacks. Best of all, the event is free to enter. (632 Baltimore Pike)

Festival Pier
Hall and Oates are headlining concert that celebrates Philadelphia food and culture for its second year now. Other festival acts include Train, Fitz and the Tantrums, Tommy Conwell & The Young Rumblers, Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives and more.
