Pizzeria Stella is introducing a new collaborative happy hour series, which will run every First Friday of the month through the early fall (with the final date to be determined). The first installment will take place on Friday, August 3 from 5 PM - 8 PM.

Each month will bring a different partnership, with more yet to be announced, but for August, partnership will be with Philadelphia Distilling. Alongside food specials and other beverages, Philadelphia Distilling will collaborate with Stephen Starr's Headhouse Square pizzeria on specialty cocktails, and August's will be the Stella Negroni, made with grapefruit-infused Bluecoat American Dry Gin. The evenings will also feature guest bartenders making cocktails inspired by Pizzeria Stella's Italian cuisine.

Be sure to stop into Pizzeria Stella on First Fridays to try out one-of-a-kind drinks alongside some of Philly's best wood-fired pizzas.
