Where to Host Your 2018 Fantasy Football Draft in Philadelphia

by Jessie Donofrio on Aug 22, 2018 in Roundups

Are you ready for some football? Fantasy football, that is! Regular season NFL games begin on Thursday, September 6, with our champs the Eagles facing Atlanta at 8:20 PM. That means it’s time to get your friends together for another year of fantasy football action. We’ve compiled a list of the best places to hold your fantasy drafts.

Add some German flair to this year’s fantasy draft. With over 30 beers on draft and menu items like Bavarian pretzels to snack on, you can’t go wrong. Have a big group and want to host a private party? The South Street bar has buffet, luncheon and bar packages to accommodate your draft as well as AV hookups so you can keep it high tech. Use this contact form to get in touch. (718 South St.)

For $35 per person, you and your friends can enjoy a three hour open bar package plus choice of one menu item. For $10 more per person, make it a premium open bar. Contact jenna@cavsheadhouse.com to book. (421 S 2nd St.)

Like the specials at Cavanaugh’s Headhouse, but Rittenhouse is more convenient for you? No worries, because they have the exact same open bar packages for your fantasy draft. Just contact pete@cavsrittenhouse.com to book.  (1823 Sansom St.)

Host your friends at one of Philly’s most accommodating sports bars. For $39.99 per person, enjoy an all you can eat menu of items like Crabfries, mussels, pizza, cheesesteaks and more, and Budweiser and Bud Light beer towers and domestic drafts. For $10 more, add craft beers, mixed drinks, and a special winner’s trophy to the lineup. If you really want to start the season off right, for $59.99 add signature items like snow crab to the all you can eat menu. All draft packages include a four hour dedicated draft area, free draft board with labels, free Wi-Fi, a commemorative gift and a $10 bonus giftcard to use in September. (1526 Packer Ave.)

Get the team together on the Delaware waterfront at the place where football isn’t the only game in town. Starting at $15.99 per person, enjoy a private room, draft kit, free Wi-Fi and snacks like wings, fries and nachos. For $25.99, get everything aforementioned plus two drink tickets per person.  Call 1-844-DRAFTNOW to book your party. (325 N Columbus Blvd.)

Plan your draft at this Center City sports mainstay. Packages include special food and drink menus, free Wi-Fi, reserved seating and optional draft kits. As a bonus, each member of your league will also get a reward card loaded with $5 every week of the regular football season to come to the bar back and see how your team is fairing.  Fill out this contact form to get in touch. (1501 Spruce St.)

This sports bar with locations in South and Northeast Philly is equipped for your league with a draft package that includes 50 wings, nachos, pretzels, flatbreads, fries, pitchers of Coors or Miller Lite, a draft kit and free Wi-Fi. Available for groups of 8 or more, pricing starts at $160. Use this contact form to book. (9495 Roosevelt Blvd. & 2100 S Christopher Columbus Blvd.)

Philly’s largest sports bar is a no-brainer for this year’s fantasy draft. For $32 per person, their package includes beer buckets, liquor, wings, machos, flatbreads, a draft kit and free Wi-Fi. Available to groups of all sizes.  Call 215-617-3867 or email paula@xfinitylive.com to reserve your package. (1100 Pattison Ave.)
