Tired Hands Has Opened a Beer Garden in Kensington
Tired Hands, the Ardmore-based brewery, has come to Philadelphia with a Kensington beer garden, conveniently located just near Pizza Brain.
The garden will offer 12 beers on tap as well as cans of Alien Church, their American IPA. Takeout beer will not be available, but they will be bringing in exclusives direct from the brewery whenever possible. If you want to check what they're offering before you go, the rotating tap list is available here.
They'll also sell bottles of their own kombucha, 333 Kombucha, and offer limited snacks like beef jerky and chips. The Tired Hands Volunteer Corps (THVC) will also be expanding into the neighborhood.
All ages are welcome, but those who are 21 and up will get a wristband at the door, and no dogs are allowed at the garden. The space will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and is open on Wednesdays through Fridays from 5 PM - 10 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 PM - 10 PM.
If you love Tired Hands but don't feel like hopping a train to drink some, you're in luck, so head to Kensington on Wednesdays through Sundays to sip their signature beers outside.
