Philadelphia Distilling is Hosting an Enchanted Pop-Up Bar, The Betsy, to Celebrate Bluecoat Elderflower Gin, April 11-14
Philadelphia Distilling is transforming their fourth floor space into a secret garden to celebrate the wide release of their inaugural gin expression, Bluecoat Elderflower Gin, from Thursday, April 11 through Sunday, April 14.
The pop-up bar, which will be named "The Betsy" (after one of the country's most patriotic icons, Betsy Ross), will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis for the entire weekend and feature cocktails unique to this special bar, like the Betsy Ross (Bluecoat Elderflower Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and muddled strawberries) and the Elderflower Spritz (Bluecoat Elderflower Gin, clementine aperitif, blanc vermouth, sparkling cider, edible rose garnish), among others.
Guests will be able to Instagram their stunning cocktails amidst a lush, green background — made in collaboration with local florist Petit Jarden en Ville — atop one of Philadelphia's most sunlit and photogenic tasting rooms. You can also pick up a bottle of Bluecoat Elderflower Gin for $35 right at the distillery, and it's now available in PLCB stores and select markets nationwide.
The pop-up will accept groups of up to 10 people and will be open Thursday & Friday from 4 PM - 11 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 1 PM - 11 PM, so head over from April 11-14 and enjoy a secret garden and great cocktails in the heart of Fishtown.
