Patrón Tequila is hosting a class on tequila where participants can learn about the history of the brand, taste the line, and even sit for a certification exam through Academia Patrón on Tuesday, April 16 starting at 9 AM at the Hotel Monaco.

Geared towards trade professionals and those in the bar industry, this event offers a full day of Patrón-related education and activities. Those who attend can learn about the laws and regulations involved in the production of tequila, taste their way through the Patrón line, learn about the specific production styles of Patrón, and sit for a CRT Award T certification.

What's CRT all about? Five years ago, Patrón developed a unique education program in conjunction with CRT (Consejo Regulador de Tequila) to create a category education for the tequila brand, and since then, the program has hosted over 4,000 industry professionals and been held in over 30 cities. By using a third party, meaning CRT, to work within tequila education, Patrón has established one of the best tequila education programs around, and you can be a part of it.
