Old City's upscale food hall, The Bourse, will travel back to the 1980s on Friday, April 12 from 5 PM - 8 PM with an 80s karaoke night featuring drink specials, prizes, and more.

Presented with The Bourse's own escape room, Escape the 80s, this totally tubular night lets guests serenade crowds with their favorite 80s tunes (if you're not a natural born singer, don't worry – you can lip-sync your heart out too). Before you get onstage, make sure to raid the 80s clothing rack, and once you're done, grab a photo with the life-sized Tom Selleck they'll have on hand. At the end of the karaoke night, a winner will be crowned and gifted lots of cool prizes, including tickets to Escape the 80s.

If you need a little liquid courage before you get onstage, fear not – The Bourse's vendors will be serving up a wide variety of specials. Stop by Taps Fill Station for a "Punky Brewster" (a beer and a shot for $10.50), or get a free glass of "Red Red Wine" at Chocodiem (1 per customer). Bluebird Distilling is also getting in on the action with their "Whiskey Business" cocktail (which goes for just $7), and if you're hungry, grab a "Rock the Bas-kabob" at Lalo, where they're offering $1 off of their Bas-ka-bob sandwich as well as $5 cocktails and $5 San Miguels.

This event is free to attend, so if you miss the 80s, head over to The Bourse to start off your weekend right by going back a few decades.
