Any Philadelphia native will tell you we live in the greatest beer city in the country (or perhaps best city in general), and as each person’s beer taste varies, so does their favorite bars to drink them in.

It’s hard to imagine being able to narrow down Philadelphia’s greatest beer bars to single digit numbers, let alone a top 100 in America. Either way, it was no surprise to us that when Draft Magazine released an article about America’s best beer bars, we find a couple of our hometown favorites.

Draft Magazine managed to condense the list of best beer bars down to 100, of which five are from Philadelphia, including our favorite funeral parlor. Though we could name much more than five, the ones they found to be the best were; Eulogy Belgian Tavern, The Grey Lodge Pub, Memphis Taproom, Monk’s Café, and Tria.
