Sneak Peek at Revolution House
Everyone’s been itching for Revolution House to open on 2nd & Market. The renovations are taking place in the former home of the Snow White Diner, and the word is that it has been completely gutted and rebuilt.
We were lucky enough to catch Luca Sena (owner of Panorama) during some construction work on the downstairs portion, and we got a few photos to offer a sneak peek at what you can expect from what we can only imagine will be an awesome bar and restaurant.
The cuisine will be American fare with a European touch, and from what we can see will feature 16 taps. The bar and restaurant are fashioned with fine wood and what appear to be slate tables. There are two floors for seating, as well as an impressive roof deck bordered by flowerboxes.
While an official opening date hasn’t been slated, they gave us a rough timeline of “sometime in the next month or so.” We’ll keep our fingers crossed that we’ll have a lovely roof deck a few blocks from our office this summer.
