Known as the Oscars of the food world, the James Beard Foundation Awards are given out each spring to restaurateurs, chefs, critics, and others in the food service industry across the nation. For the first time this year, bartenders and bar managers can vie for JBFA glory with a newly announced category: Outstanding Bar Program.
