Present the talented cocktailians with your general proclivities – choosing from a menu of Stirred, Shaken, Bitter, Tart, Effervescent and Savory – and they’ll mix up a drink that’s sure to please.

“It’s basically what we do everyday,” says Shearn, referring to the fact that Franklin Mortgage customers often leave the final decision on what to put in the drink up to the experts behind the bar. “We’re just having a little more fun with it.”
