Percy Street Barbecue Introduces Beer To Go
Canned beer lovers, rejoice! New for 2012, South Street ‘cue haven Percy Street Barbecue is offering beer to go. The Erin O’Shea-helmed Texas-style meat stop is already well known for its selection of craft beers in cans (there are a half-dozen on tap, but absolutely no bottles) – in fact, CraftCans.com featured Percy Street this past July, calling it “A craft can lover’s dream!”
Anytime the doors are open (from 5 PM, Monday–Friday and from 11:30 AM, Saturday and Sunday), guests can stop in to pick up a four- or six-pack. Sixpoint pounders are sold in $15 four-packs, and the rest are sold in $15 six-packs, which you can put together on your own, or pick up a pre-packaged combo (see below). These “off premise” prices are a total steal, so be sure to head over to satisfy your craft can urges soon.
