There’s no better spot to see the city from above while sipping creative cocktails than R2L. Located on the 37th floor of Two Liberty Place, Daniel Stern’s swanky New American offers expansive views of the Philadelphia cityscape, best complemented – in our opinion – by a classy sip of spirits.

There are several options on the drinks list, but our featured Drink of the Week is the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the R2L-Elevation, which can be yours at the large, three-sided bar for $12 a pop. Check out the drink recipe below (grand city vista not included, unfortunately).

R2L-Evation

2 oz. Gin
¾ oz. Parfait Amour
½ oz. Luxardo
½ oz. fresh lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a pint glass filled with ice. Shake well and serve in a chilled martini glass garnished with a maraschino cherry.
