NextFab 2 Preview Party

What: Celebration and tour of new location

Price: $25 in advance, $30 at the door

Tech workshop NexFab Studio is throwing a bash to celebrate their new, larger location, with eats from Rex 1516 and an open bar.

Everybody Must Drink Stone

What:
A celebration of the unofficial “4/20” holiday
Where: Grey Lodge Pub, 6235 Frankford Ave.
When: 7-10 PM, Friday, April 20
Price: PAYG

Northeast craft brew haven Grey Lodge has been doing a 4/20 event featuring appropriately-named Stone Brewing Co.’s beers for year now. The 2012 edition will feature a pour of Stone’s newest year-round offering, Sublimely Self Righteous Ale.

Memphis Taproom 4th Anniversary and Beer Garden Re-Opening

What:
Outdoor celebration with drafts and dogs
Where: Memphis Taproom, 2331 E. Cumberland St.
When: Noon–midnight, Saturday, April 21
Price: PAYG

Forget groundhogs, Easter baskets and daffodils, the real sign spring is here to stay is the reopening of this Fishtown beer garden. Enjoy a killer draft lineup and hot dogs from the on-site food cart.

Philly Tech Block Party

What: Outdoor party with food and drink
Where: EZ Park (between Filbert and Arch Streets)
When: 1 PM, Sunday, April 15

Old City coworking group Indy Hall is known for throwing parties, and this Philly Tech Week kickoff weekend throwdown should be no different. Come celebrate the burgeoning 3rd Street corridor with barbecue chicken, Cherry Coke pulled pork and drinks to go along.
