PBC Point Breeze Summer Lager Release Party at American Sardine Bar, April 24
Where did our warm weather go? Bring the balmy temps back — at least the idea of them — at the release party for Philadelphia Brewing Company’s latest seasonal. Point Breeze Summer Lager was brewed in honor of the South Philly ‘hood, so it’s fitting that the release party take place in the new garden patio outside American Sardine Bar.
The garden was built by the Point Breeze Pioneers, a community organization with a mission of establishing new green spaces, and it will make a pleasant setting for the 6–9 PM pay-as-you-go affair. Pours of the light, crisp ale will go for $3 each, certain to pair well will the unique bar snacks prepared by chef Scott Schroeder. We didn’t mean to complain about the heat, Summer — come back!
