Now that South Street West’s Rex 1516 has settled into a good rhythm, the chef and management are ready to launch happy hour, and they’re offering up deals seven days a week.

Head to the Southern comfort fooder 5–7 PM, Monday–Sunday to enjoy beer and food specials. There’s something for everyone: $3 Philadelphia Brewing Co. Newbold IPA; $4 Oskar Blues Mama's Little Yella Pils; $5 Great Lakes Porter; $6 Ballast Point IPA and Franziskaner; and $10 Allagash Curieux.

A menu of bar bites comes at $5 each, and includes pork belly cracklins, ham and cheddar croquettes, house pretzels (with roasted jalapeno cheddar!), fried oyster sliders and fried okra with bacon aioli. Sounds tasty, props to the team for including the weekend in the dealage.
