The past will hopefully become the future on July 4th, 2014, as restaurateur Michael Schulson unveils the 30,000 square foot Independence Beer Garden across the street from the Liberty Bell. We can anticipate a beautifully designed outdoor eating and drinking area, as well as sports, games, and food and beer trucks. Chef Schulson has revealed that he plans to operate the beer garden seven months of the year.
