Kraftwork Bar is offering a special Filet & Foie Cheesesteak this week. Chef Brian Lofink packs an almost-foot-long flaky French roll with the ultimate trifecta: filet mignon, foie gras and black truffles. The cheesesteak special is on the dinner menu through Black Friday (Nov. 29) and features filet tips, roasted balsamic cippolini onions, gruyère cheese and a savory foie gras sauce. The sandwich sells for $16. A even more limited-edition version, for $28, will be topped with black truffle shavings -- but only while supplies of the sought-after shroom last.
