I know someone's dreams are coming true. In celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month, scrumptious artisan cheeses and delicious craft beers are featured at World Cafe Live every weekend this April. Cheese emporium Di Bruno Brothers is presenting four courses of grilled cheeses followed by a course of chocolate, prepared by Executive Chef Mike Breslin, in accompaniment with craft beers. Diners will be entertained with live performance by indie rock chanteur Jonah Delso.

You'll have the opportunity to expand your palate with dishes like sheep's milk gouda, heavily accented by burnt sugar, which is supposed to taste like roasted marshmallows (mmm!). The gourmet cheeses range from spicy, sweet, and savory, while the craft beers are no less interesting. The Coronado Mermaids Red Ale stands out with its caramel and chocolate malts. It appears you can expect many malty, fruity ales, at the event, particularly the raspberry ale served with dessert.

Dessert is prepared from Di Bruno Brothers' private collection chocolate by World Cafe Live's pastry chef, Jonathan Shulz.
