8/23: Cabo Wabo Dinner @ Distrito
Distrito will be hosting a Cabo Wabo Tequila dinner on August 23rd. For only $55 per person, people will enjoy a menu featuring several amazing courses with tequila paired to each.
Guests will enjoy Hiramasa Ceviche, with tequila and lime over tostaditas, macerated strawberries and compressed rhubarb paired with Cabo Wabo Blanco; Enchiladas de Pato, duck confit, red chile, cotija and tequila-macerated figs paired with Cabo Wabo Reposado; Tacos de Arrachera, ancho-grilled skirt steak, black beans, nopales, radish and salsa verde paired with Cabo Wabo Anejo; and for dessert Frutas con Crema with roasted apricot, lime curd, compressed strawberry and granola paired with Cabo Uno, an ultra premium tequila aged in oak cases for over three years, which is no longer in production.
