New Cocktail Menu at Rum Bar
Rum Bar has launched their new menu, and we wanted to share some of the awesome drinks they have lined up.
We sampled the Summer Picnic Mojito and the Cucumber Sour, pictured below.
Their new menu features some seasonal spins on their usual menu, as well as a full caipirinha menu. Other drinks of note include the ‘Nilla Daiquiri with Blackbeard Spiced Rum, Vanilla-Infused Rum, orgeat syrup and lime juice, as well as the Hemingway Daiquiri served with Rhum J.M. Eleve Sous Bois, Luxardo Marachino, fresh lime juice, fresh grapfruit juice, grenadine, and Rum Bar grapefruit bitters.
Summer Picnic Mojito with Cucumber-infused rum, watermelon cubes, fresh basil, lime wedges, simple syrup.
Cucumber Sour with cucumber-infused rum, Cruzan citrus rum, St. germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup.
